Flow Manufacturing for Jobshops
This is a fee-based service being offered to high-variety low-volume (HVLV) manufacturers who wish to execute material flow analyses to design flexible facilities, implement manufacturing cells, explore hybrid layouts, rationalize their product mix and standardize their manufacturing routings.
File format for submitting your routings for analysis using PFAST with explanation of data to be supplied to us.
Sample results that will be contained in a PFAST Analysis Report with explanation on how to use these results. To learn how to use the PFAST Analysis Report, please consider attending the workshop scheduled for August 14-16, 2002, at The Ohio State University.
Fees: For up to 750 routings, $3000 (includes email and phone support to client); Larger datasets merit further discussion by phone or email.
